Our PTA and Canyon Creek Elementary are teaming up again to offer this confidential program for our school families in need.
This is a year long program and we are hoping to provide a Thanksgiving holiday meal, food bags for week+ school breaks, fulfill wish lists for the winter break holidays, and more.
