After School Clubs - Spring Session Chess and Cricket Pre-Registration and Volunteer Sign Up Club size depends on the number of volunteers. Students will be selected by lottery.     The very popular Glow Dance is back!  Come shake your groove on Friday, March 31st in the Canyon Creek Gym from 6:30 -8:30pm.   A live DJ will play all your favorite tunes while you get to dance in the dark!  Glow sticks and other glow items will be available for sale at the door, as well as snacks and drinks.  Each student will get a free bag of popcorn, too.   Please note that a parent or guardian does need to attend the entire event with their student - no drop offs.    Volunteer Want to make ... read full article

Canyon Creek Multicultural Day It's almost here!  March 31st, 2023 Canyon Creek Elementary is hosting a Multicultural Day on Friday, March 31, 2023, from 6pm-8pm at the school.  This event will honor each other’s identities with a day and evening celebration of cultures, nationalities, genders, and foods! Each grade-level was assigned a different continent of the world to represent with art. Students will get to see all of the art with their teacher during the day. Per district guidelines, all Northshore School District (NSD) volunteers must have cleared a background check and must be fully vaccinated to volunteer. This process might take as long as 2-3 weeks once submitted, please do ASAP . NSD volunteer approval is valid for ONE year. You will need to renew your volunteer status each year. Watch for a reminder about a month before it expires.
