Reflections 2022 Submission Form Available
Show your voice! Reflections 2022 The Reflections Program is a National PTA and Washington State PTA cultural arts competition. The purpose is to provide an opportunity for students to use their creative talents by expressing themselves through their own original works. Seeking Library Volunteers
Become a Library Volunteer! Sign Up Today Our PTA coordinates a group of volunteers who assist the librarians at Canyon Creek. Let's Make the 2022-23 School Year Amazing! With the last few years the way they were, we are REALLY hoping we will be able to get back to in person events with kids and families on a regular basis. 2022-23 PTA President Appointed
Canyon Creek PTA President Appointed Canyon Creek PTA ended the 2021-22 school year without an incoming PTA President. This is a critical position for our non-profit organization. Our newly elected VP-Communications, Nicole Trimble, decided to throw her hat into the (empty) ring for the president position. On July 6th, 2022 , the new executive board appointed Nicole Trimble as the President. Hearing & Vision Screening Days Friday October 7th & Monday, October 10th   Every year the school nurse(s) and school district helpers - along with parent volunteers - conduct vision and hearing screenings for all the elementary grade levels except for the 4th graders. Food and Nutrition Services - Breakfast and Lunch Information Keep reading to learn about important updates from the Northshore School District about nutrition and meals at school All schools offer breakfast and lunch. Menus are available online along with nutritional information at nsd.org/meals. Milk is included in the price of a full meal. Cartons of milk can also be purchased separately. Want to Volunteer at School? Become an Approved NSD Volunteer!
Per district guidelines, all Northshore School District (NSD) volunteers must have cleared a background check and must be fully vaccinated to volunteer. This process might take as long as 2-3 weeks once submitted, please do ASAP . NSD volunteer approval is valid for ONE year. You will need to renew your volunteer status each year. Watch for a reminder about a month before it expires.
