We would love your help with providing a reception for our visiting Veterans on Thursday, November 10. Canyon Creek is celebrating Veterans Day with two assemblies, a Veterans Reception with coffee and light snacks (provided by the PTA), and classroom visits from Veterans.
Sign up to bring a treat or other item for our Veterans Reception. this will be between the assemblies and the attending US Veterans will be invited to mingle and have snacks. Drop of the treats at the main office on Thursday, November 10,between 8 and 9:15am.
(FYI - if we have too much food, we will take it to the Canyon Creek staff room, as they ALWAYS love yummy treats!)
NOTE: Due to space limitations, this event will NOT be open to all families as it has been in prior years. This is a student assembly with veterans as guests. Only families with veterans signed up to attend will be able to be at the assembly. (Find details about how US Veterans can sign up.)
