Are you interested in learning about emergency preparation for our school? Our PTA has a volunteer position (E-Prep Chair) that works with the school to help with various things relating to e-prep. We have a chair who is stepping down and she would love to transition the information to someone else before she leaves.
If interested, now is a great time to start, as the Northshore Council PTSA is holding an E-Prep Chair Meeting on Tuesday, February 1st, 11am-noon. This is a zoom meeting. Here's the official information about the meeting:
Anyone in PTA/PTSA is welcome to attend our meetings, and we encourage all local PTA/PTSA E-Prep chairs to attend as well as PTA/PTSA Presidents and/or Vice Presidents or delegates.
In this meeting we share and obtain updates from the NSD Safety team and discuss opportunities where the PTA can provide support to our schools in the areas of emergency preparedness, safety, and security.
