Tuesdays, in the Library, from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

The number of students that are able to participate in this club will be determined by the number of people who volunteer to help. No chess experience is required to volunteer. Volunteers will help supervise the students and make sure the library is left clean and organized, as it was before the club.
 
Please fill out one form for each student that is interested in participating in chess club.
 
This form will close at 11:59 p.m. on 2/15/2024.  A random drawing will be done on 2/16/2024 to fill the available spots in the chess club. Priority will be given to current chess club members, then those that were turned down for the winter 23 session. 
 
Caregivers will be notified if their child has a place or does not have a place on 2/16/2024.
 
The club fee is $25 for the entire session, and families need to be a PTA member. Payment can be made on the site. More information about how to make the payment will be given on 2/16/2024. Payment will be due by 5 p.m. on 2/28/2024. If payment is not made by the deadline, students will be removed from the class and replacement students will be selected. Scholarships are available for students that need them. Please email vp-programs@canyoncreekpta.org if you would like to request a scholarship for a student.
 
Caregivers that volunteer for at least half the chess club sessions will guarantee their child's place in the chess club.
