What: Canyon Creek PTA is proud to invite you to our always popular annual family bingo night.
FFill out your reservation/pre-order form to get guaranteed entry.

When: Friday, April 28th, 6pm- 8:30pm. Doors Open at 6:00 pm (5:30pm for PTA members). Bingo & Raffle from 6:30-8:30.

Where: North Creek High School (not Canyon Creek Elementary)

How: Fill out this registration form to save your spot! You can do this in a few ways:

Print the form out, fill it in and bring it to the office at school.
Print it out, fill it in, and email a photo of it to the email bingo@canyoncreekpta.org
Open the order form and use the "add text" feature to fill it out, then save it as a PDF. Then email the PDF to the email above.
You can order food and Bingo supplies, but there's no order necessary. Just return form to save you spot!
And if you have any issues, just email bingo@canyoncreekpta.org with questions.

Important: space is limited! Please take time to pre-order your place and food NOW! Reserve your spot! (Cash/Check accepted)

You can't bring in your own food, so we recommend pre-ordering all the good stuff ahead of time :)

Limited quantities of the following will be available for sale at Bingo Night:
• Domino’s pepperoni or cheese pizza (large pizza for $17 or $3/slice)
• Water, soda, and candy ($1 each)
• Bingo pads ($3 each) and daubers ($1 each)

We need donated prizes- please help!

Check out this Amazon link for everything we need. Awesome prizes are a big part of the Bingo fun! Help us create bingo prize baskets (and raffle basket) by making a donation! The more families who donate, the bigger (and better!) the baskets will be.

2nd Grade Theme: Family Game Night
3rd Grade Theme: STEM
4th Grade Theme: Get Outside
5th Grade Theme: Summer Madness

Ideas for prize donations include: sports/outdoor related items (e.g. hiking, gardening, camping), books, "cozy" games, movie tickets and popcorn, gift cards of any kind or denomination, STEM related toys or activities, cultural items, arts and crafts supplies, or even artwork.

Monetary donations are welcome. Contact Bingo team below to coordinate.

Drop off donations in the bin located outside the Main Office through Friday, April 21st.
