A total of 2084 items were collected by Canyon Creek to help fill shelves that have become critically low at the Woodinville Storehouse Food Bank.
Yes we did! The items collected outlined the inner perimeter of the school which was an awesome visual for the students to see how when we work together as a community, how much we can help!
As a first grader stated after seeing all the food we had collected, “Wow! Canyon Creek really likes to help people!”.
Many teachers found different ways to turn the food drive into really engaging math activities too.
Although there are no prizes for this food drive, a big shout out to Mrs. Andrick's class for bringing in 229 items!
