Updated - due to snow days, as of 3/11/2019: most Wednesdays are FULL DAYS, except 3/20 and 6/5. The early release day for conferences was rescheduled to Friday, 4/5 (dismissal at 12:10pm -- for elementary only). And school will be starting 10 minutes earlier as of 3/11/2019. In Northshore school district, we have early release Wednesdays. These are days when students are released 1 1/2 hours early to allow for teacher planning, collaboration & meetings.
Most Wednesdays of the school year are early release days, except usually the 1st Wednesday of the school year and the last two (2) Wednesdays of the school year.
The other exceptions to the normal release time are for elementary conferences - there are 5 days in November (noted with an "e" on the school district one-page calendar) where elementary schools have early dismissal for conferences. These early dismissal for conferences are ONLY for elementary school. Middle school and high school have their regular dismissal times on these days.

*Note that these are noted on the Northshore School District One-Page Calendar using an e. These early dismissal times apply only to Canyon Creek Elementary. The secondary schools (middle school & high schools) all have NORMAL dismissal times for elementary conferences.
