Watch D.O.G.S. Kickoff Event

6:30pm - 7:30pm

Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads* of Great Students) is hosting a kickoff event for anyone interested in the Watch DOGS program.

*"Dads" is meant to include dads, step-dads, uncles, grandfathers, family friends, older siblings,
cousins, whatever male role-models are in students lives!

Pizza will be provided by Canyon Creek PTA. 

Students are welcome to attend too!

Canyon Creek Elementary and the Canyon Creek PTA work together to run this great program to bring more male role models into the school during the school day!

The Watch D.O.G.S. are dads, grandpas, step-dads, big brothers, uncles, or other father figures who spend time at the school with their student, and helping out in ways that might work for them, including eating lunch with their student!

• Make sure you are an approved NSD volunteer! Visit NSD Become a Volunteer. Volunteer approval status is valid ONE YEAR from when it was approved. Please contact the Canyon Creek office if you have questions about your volunteer status.

We would LOVE a few helpers to make the evening run smoothly. 

• setup & cleanup
• serving (as needed)
• PRIMARILY: helping keep students busy with drawing/writing at the "art" tables during the presentation so potential Watch D.O.G.S. can listen!

Middle & high school students are welcome and encouraged! Honor Society hours!!
