Canyon Creek PTA Executive Board elections will be held during our PTA General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, May 16th at 6:30pm. By completing and submitting this form, you nominate yourself to run for office. PLEASE SUBMIT PRIOR TO THE ABOVE MEETING DATE!
In order to be elected, candidates must be 18 years or older and must have been a PTA member for at least 15 days prior to the election.
All Positions Open for Self-Nominations. Remember Co-Chairs are WELCOME and a great way to lessen the load.
