Canyon Creek PTA has a new resource for families– a Comfort, Care & Coping Box (CCC box). This box is filled with items that will help provide relief for sensory or comfort needs at PTA sponsored events.

The CCC box contains the following:

  • 3 noise cancelling headphones
  • 5 pairs of child size sunglasses
  • 1 box disposable ear plugs for adults
  • 1 box disposable ear plugs for children
  • short books
  • coloring activities and crayons
  • fidget bracelet
  • busy bottles
  • weighted lap blanket

You will be able to find the the CCC box located at the PTA welcome or sign in table. Please look for our CCC Box with the above heart/hand image on it.

The CCC box will be at most of our PTA events. The specific events with the CCC box are:
  • Skate Night (Tuesday, October 8th)
  • Taste of Canyon Creek (Friday, November 15th)
  • Hour of Code (Tuesday, December 10th)
  • S.T.E.M. Night (rescheduling, date TBD)
  • Spelling Bee (Monday, February 3rd)
  • Family Game Night (Friday, February 7th)
  • Glow Dance (Friday, March 6th)
  • BINGO (Friday, March 27th)
  • Spring S.T.E.M. Fair (Tuesday, April 14th)
  • Skate Night (Tuesday, April 21st)
  • Art Gala (Friday, May 1st)
