Thanksgiving Meals

Our PTA and Canyon Creek Elementary are teaming up again to offer this confidential program for our school families in need. Requests for needs can be confidentially made directly to the Canyon Creek office (or via the Google Form in this article).

This is a year long program and we are hoping to provide holiday meals & food boxes, fulfill wish lists for the winter break holidays, and more.

Help Provide Thanksgiving Meals

There are two options for our school community to help with this program and have a part in providing Thanksgiving Meals for our families!

Donate FOOD

• • Deadline for signing up to donate food is Thursday, November 17th - to ensure there is time for the committee to shop for any unclaimed items on the list.
  • Sign up (via SignupGenius) for specific items, shop and deliver to Canyon Creek for the Thanksgiving meals.
    • Drop off at school on Monday, November 21st, 8:30am-9:30am. If you are unable to drop off at that time, please contact Nicole Trimble to make alternative arrangements. 

Donate MONEY

If would prefer to donate money, will be accepting monetary donations to help fulfill Thanksgiving Meal requests, food bags (for school breaks longer than 1 week), and winter break gift fulfillment.

• Make a monetary donation to help with our Helping Hands Program:
• Canyon Creek PTA Website (via PayPal)
• Check (made out to Canyon Creek PTA with note "Helping Hands") or cash sent to school in sealed enveloped addressed to "Canyon Creek PTA - Helping Hands".
