Save the Date: Back to School Ice Cream Social

We invite you to join us for this opportunity to tour the school, meet your teachers
and start the school year with some fun on Wednesday, August 29th.

SCHEDULE:

3:30-4:00pm -- New Family Tours

• New Family Tours begin at the front office at 3:30. Check out the campus, ask questions, get directions to your students classroom. 

3:15-5:30pm -- Office Open

• The school office will be open to process paperwork and answer questions.

4:00-4:45pm -- Back-to-School Open House

• Meet your teacher!!
• Drop off school supplies - however, please read your teacher’s welcome letter to know if your teacher prefers to NOT get supplies sent that day. Some teachers will not be ready to accept supplies from students.
• Classrooms will close promptly at 4:45pm. Please plan accordingly.

4:30pm-5:15pm -- PTA Ice Cream Social

• The PTA will host a FREE ice cream social in the covered play area next to the cafeteria.
• One sundae per person please.
• Check out our PTA event and information tables!
• Spiritwear (limited quantities) will be available to our purchase with cash, check or credit card. It will be available for ordering online following the Ice Cream Social.
• Visit the Membership table to fill out the form and pay for your membership via check or credit card.
• Many other PTA programs and events will have tables for information and volunteer signup!

PARKING: Please note that due to construction, limited parking spaces are available, please walk if you can!!
