PTA Directory Information forms are coming home this month (or you can print one here). The directory is a great way to connect with other families, students and staff at Canyon Creek, and it is available electronically free of charge to every PTA family at the school. While the directory lists everyone, only families who submit completed directory information forms will have contact information included. If you would like your child's contact information to be included in the 2017-18 Student Directory, you must return the completed release form by Friday, November 3rd.
