Do you wonder what NSD is doing to protect our children while they are at school? How does our school prepare for emergencies? How do teachers talk to students about lock-downs or emergency situations?
At our next PTA General Meeting, on Tuesday, March 13, we will welcome guest speakers Bill Brooks from District Security at NSD (https://www.nsd.org/Domain/83), Canyon Creek Principal Bruce Denton and Canyon Creek teacher Dylan D'Entremont. They will be sharing a presentation about school safety at our PTA Meeting. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Canyon Creek Library. Free childcare for ages 5+ will be available from Champions (in the cafeteria).
In the interest of making the best use of our time during this presentation, we are collecting questions for our presenters in advance. If you wish to ask a question, please submit it online by Friday, March 9th.
